your build-out, a store layout needs to be developed. We can provide
custom fixtures and cabinetry, along with cabinetry finish options and
lighting recommendation. We also offer complete turn-key setups. We work
with your your plans on a timetable that accommodates your store's
opening date.

During
this process we will provide you with floor plans and working
drawings of all your new fixtures and cabinets, addressing your
needs along the way. The best approach to designing a store layout
is to start with an empty store. HS Design Studios will draft a
diagram to scale of the store as it would appear empty of current
equipment and even non-bearing walls. The result will be a
preliminary store layout which encompasses all of the operation's
needs.
You won't have to worry about space needs for your
equipment-- We keep a list of all equipment footprints and estimated
space allocations for each department before filling up your floor
diagram. This list will be the groundwork from which to build the
layout and can include current equipment and/or equipment you wish
to purchase or build. Then, computerized shipping, engineering, and
installation supervision ensures that your signmaking systems are
set up simply, safely and securely.

Included with our turnkey store package is the
complete layout plan of your facility, and includes CAD drawings for
both space and furniture / equipment placement, plus our complete
pre-designed checklist questionnaire. A comprehensive color and
material board based on your preferences is an option you can add to
