AUTHOR, ENTREPRENEUR, SIGN BIZ® MEMBER, PETER WOLF
Leading the Way to Business Success Through Paradigm Shift

February 22, 2012 (San Marcos, CA)-- Peter Wolf has been involved in business management, sales and marketing in many industries for the past 36 years. He holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Miami (Florida) and a Masters degree in Management from the University of Georgia Terry School of Business. After completing his undergraduate studies, he served as an officer for four years in the United States Air Force. He has held many executive level positions with such companies as Nabisco Brands, Joseph E. Seagrams and Sons, Schenley Distillers and Weibel Vineyards. He became a Sign Biz Member, Advisory Board Member, Million-Dollar Milestone Member, Two-Million Dollar Milestone Member. And, finally, Author.

From Prints to Signs
Wolf was owner of an Alphagraphics Printshops printing franchise in Rancho Cordova, California, a business he started with his wife in 1986. This shop grew to one of the top 100 quick print companies in America with sales exceeding $1,400,000. He sold that business in 1995 to relocate to San Diego where Wolf and his wife now own Wolfpack Sign Group, a fast growing company specializing in design and manufacture of sign systems for the multi-housing industry, construction industry and industrial/business parks. Wolf holds a California State Contractor’s License. Their shop is part of the Sign Biz worldwide network, and has been honored for achieving annual revenues of $1 Million some years ago, and later, the $2 Million Milestone. Wolfpack Sign Group purchased their own building in 2011, a 15,000 square foot facility in Vista, CA. After major remodeling, they took occupancy in August. Wolf serves on the Sign Biz Advisory Board and has been instrumental in creating the annual Sign Biz convention, and earned multiple awards for growth, sales, and promotional campaigns.

Beyond Mom & Pop
LobbyPOPWith an unquestionable pedigree, Wolf next turned his attention to writing, first for the employees of Wolfpack Sign Group, and then acknowledging these principles applied far beyond the walls of his enterprise, he consolidated them into a clear and resourceful book entitled, Beyond Mom & Pop. Wolf explains, "This is a management book which explores how small business owners get trapped in their businesses and how a change to their paradigm can take them to the next level of success."

Beyond Mom and Pop is filled with solid examples of how to change the culture in your business so that your entire team will be more productive. Most sections include a step by step action plan.

Wolf will lead a special General Session at the Sign Biz Annual Convention in Orlando, FL on Sunday, March 25th. With the help of Young and the School of Sign Arts (http://www.schoolofsignarts.com), sign industry entrepreneurs and other business owners have access to this very high-impact book, now sold online at the School of Sign Arts shop.

"You have packed this book with principles and tools that can be implemented regardless of the size of your business. It’s beautiful. Any one of us can get something out of the book to improve our business. This will be required reading for all of our key employees." - Michael Quigley, Vice President Sign-Age of Tampa Bay Inc., Sign Biz Network Million Dollar Milestone Business

"When you are ready to open your business, or when you are ready to grow your business into the kind of success most only dream about, make sure this book is with you every step of the way.
