SIGN BIZ® INC. PRESIDENT ELECTED TO ISA BOARD
International Sign Association Members Elect New Representative for The Board of Directors to Represent the Digital Sign & Graphics Division

(01 January 2002)  Dana Point, CA – The newly elected members of the International Sign Association (ISA) Board of Directors begin their terms as of January 2002. The relatively new Board position representing the Computer Aided Signmaking Division has been filled by Teresa M. Young, President and CEO of the Sign Biz Corporation. The first meetings for new Board members take place in conjunction with the Western Sign Show in San Diego, mid-February.

“I have been active with ISA since the early 90’s, commencing with Bill Deal’s term as president of NESA. Since then, I have been impressed with the revisioning process the Association has undertaken, and believe that this has given ISA more efficacy to champion the sign industry. Now that I am elected to the Board of Directors, it is clearer to me how much thought and effort goes into ISA activities. I am proud to be associated with this group, and expect a very fruitful term with the people in this organization,” states Young.

Sign Biz, Inc. is founder of the world’s largest international chain of non-franchised computer-aided sign (CAS) companies. The corporation was established in 1989 to guide entrepreneurs into the new field of digital visual communications, and today trains, equips, and supports their network of 150 independent sign businesses across the US and in 6 foreign markets.  "I believe my experience here provides an excellent foundation to support the mission of the ISA,” Young explains.
