SIGN BIZ® THE REUNION OF 2002 PHOTO HIGHLIGHTS
Bahamas Cruise and Workshop Format is Product of Sign Biz and Advisory Board Efforts

February 2, 2002 (Bahamas)--

good timesThe meetings on board were always salted with humor and good-hearted ribbing.  We think Jon Hoffman was the victim here!

Here, Alice Willis waves hello to professional photographer and son, Chris Ijams. Alice cleverly appeared in many 2002 Reunion photos. Such a ham.  Pictured here are Fred & Cheryl Barbaria, Sue Callinan, Lori Matthews, Keith Willis, Dennis Anderson in the red shirt, and Paul Strauch.

The "Junkanu" parade is a feast for the ears and eyes-- a truly Bahamian experience that had Network Members on their feet at the famous Saturday night party in Nassau.

The percussion and music were wild!  Everyone was on their feet and joined the parade-- a one-in-a-million experience arranged by our island hosts, Peter & Kate Bates, owners of the Sign Biz store in the Bahamas, The Signman Co, Ltd.

Our General Session on board the ship, obviously well-equipped for conventions like ours!

We visited Peter & Kate's sign shop in Nassau, and watched a spirited contest between his seasoned signmaker using transfer tape, and a newbie using the Speedpress.

Cost of transfer tape: $1.00.  Cost of Speedpress use: $0.  Sign with Peter's famous sayings-- the ones that drove his business over the $1 Million-dollar mark--  Priceless.

Mark Rugen, Flexi 7.0 Trainer extraordinaire and guest speaker for one of twelve 2002 Reunion workshops, pictured here with his wife.

Linda Levitan was one of many award winners on deck for the awards ceremony.  Here, Linda (R)  receives an award on behalf of her new Sales Consultant, from Sign Biz president Teresa M Young.

The Willis' were one of nine Century Club winners -- recognized for sales in a single month that meet or exceed $100,000.  They topped the charts at over $250,000 for a single month's sales! Pictured: Keith Willis, Alice Willis, Teresa M Young, and Clyde Willis.

And here is Alice Willis again, hamming it up with John McGorty. Told you she was in all the pics!  We love you, Alice!

The Sign Biz Network enjoys not only a private Website where industry knowledge is archived, but also a private communication system that gives all Members a healthy dose of B2B communication every day.  It was a benchmark project to put industry intelligence in the hands of Network Members, from Members, beta test committees, and the Sign Biz company offices.  It was founded in 1999, and dubbed, "The Sign Biz Town Hall: Meeting the Needs of All Members." Today, being on the computer is a lively -- and productive-- place for the store owner. Advisory Board Members solicit input from the Network for each annual Sign Biz Convention using this communication intranet. The results are nothing short of extraordinary!
