largest non-franchise sign chain in the US, has expanded its technical staff
with the addition of Karen Segura, Communications Manager.
She joins Michael Steele,
Director of Technical Services, and Michael Barnes, Sign Technology
Instructor. Her role is to support the scheduling, communication, and design
activities of the department.
Karen is a talented artist
who supports new Network Members in the development of their logos and yellow
page ads. Her background in the computer-aided sign industry makes her a
valuable resource for all Network Members who call upon her expertise in
workflow systems, quality control issues, and software support. She is
patient, logical and exercises a gentle approach during new store owner
orientation, and during phone consultations.
Karen assures each new
owner of a smooth transition before, during, and after their two week training
period in California.
"I am becoming
familiar with the systems and requirements of the department, and that allows
me to provide a wide range of services in a diverse and creative environment,
which I feel well suited for. I hope all Network Members find they can
