
David McCutcheon, Manager of
Technical Services
David M.S. McCutcheon became
heavily involved in the computer industry in 1996 when he became the
Senior Buyer with Tower Electronics, an electronics broker company. Soon
rising to the position of Systems Administrator, he managed corporate
platforms down to the desktop system.
David is a key player in the
operations of both new stores and established businesses within the Sign
Biz Network.
Three full-time staff members
provide networking assistance, hardware and software diagnosis and
repair, IT management, and build each new custom sign making and POS
systems to rigid specifications.

David
is a key player in the operations of both new stores and established
businesses within the Sign Biz Network. Three full-time staff members

systems to rigid specifications.
He
also maintains the Network's electronic message service, wherein Members
communicate instantaneously with all other Network Members around the
globe at the touch of the 'send' button. He helps design and write
installation guides and provides technical support to a wide
variety of end-users all the way from your everyday casual home user to
senior executives as well as company personnel.
Sign
Biz offers technical support services that leverage the full potential
of computer to computer control, no matter where our clients are
located. We are also in the enviable role of Beta Test Facility for key
industry partners, such as ScanvecAmiable and Point of Sale software
developers. The Technical Support department therefore provides improved
processes, assembly and complete documentation of our Members' systems
that results in more efficient and cost-effective long term performance
for our stores.

Technical Services, he works with Helene Lohr, Manager of New Media,
and Michael Barnes, Sign Technology

service activities of the company. His easygoing nature and
extensive computer skills make David an indispensable part of the Sign
Biz support team for Network Members.
David is a southern California
native and loves to travel but his passion is fishing and exploring
throughout our beautiful state and with all of its diverse landscapes,
rivers, vistas and many trails.
